Syracuse Northeast Community Center supports neighbors with services that address basic needs, digital empowerment, employment, youth and senior services, health connections, and more.
Since 1978, we have partnered with the City of Syracuse, Onondaga County, New York State, the SCSD, the Syracuse Communiity Center Collaborative, and generous funders to grow a more inclusive community.
As of October 2025, NEHDA, a housing stability support organization, became an affiliate of SNCC. Together, SNCC and NEHDA serve neighbors across all the Social Determinants of Health.
