Supporting Seniors

SNCC’s senior programs are designed to help older adults stay active and live independently. SNCC has assisted seniors in maintaining autonomous control over their lives by providing direct services and social experiences in and outside of our neighborhood-based Community Center.   1238374_650118238355896_587399714_nMONDAYS, TUESDAYS,  AND THURSDAYS
