The Syracuse Community Center Collaborative is a unique partnership of four community centers united by a memorandum of understanding (MOU). Serving the four quadrants of the city, the Collaborative is composed of Huntington Family Centers, Syracuse Community Connections, Syracuse Northeast Community Center, and Westcott Community Center

Mission: We strengthen Syracuse neighborhoods by supporting families. Our collaborative human service work helps neighbors access opportunities to build the lives they want to live.

What we do: Collectively, we serve 23,000 of Syracuse’s most vulnerable residents while retaining the neighborhood connections and trust generated through decades of committed community service at each center.

Our operational model of collaborative services for collective impact allows us to fill gaps, address needs, and best serve the community through enhanced efficiencies and strategic efforts.

Collaborative Programs & Initiatives: the Syracuse Community Center Collaborative expands and improves programming at each center. Additionally, we partner to bring initiatives such as the Supported Employment Program, Greater Syracuse Works, and Work Train to City of Syracuse residents.
